Make your time in the gym count! Book in for three, 40 minutes workouts a week- where your personal trainer will take you through a custom training session designed to get you the fastest results, without the boredom of the treadmill!
(All training is within a covid-secure gym. You'll be in your own, socially distanced "training pod" with zero shared equipment, and complete sanitising between all sessions) |
