The Ts & Cs for your rolling contract as an Armoury Athlete
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT
By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined below.
Between: You (The Member) and The Armoury Coaching Studio LTD (The Gym / Armoury).
1.1 All fees must be paid for in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the program, I acknowledge that The Gym and the coaching team are not responsible - except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.
1.3 I will adhere to all instructions given to me by Armoury PTs.
1.4 I understand my progress is dependent upon my effort, co-operation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the training sessions themselves.
1.5 I understand that opening times and schedules are subject to change and will vary from the regular schedule over holiday and Bank Holiday periods.
2.0 CONTRACT DURATION & RENEWAL
2.1 I understand that by completing payment and agreeing this contract I commit myself to minimum contracted term of 1 month and must provide 1 Full Month Notice to Cancel (So if you cancel on the 15th of April, your membership will run until the 14th of May, and you final DD payment on the 1st of May will be adjusted accordingly)
3.1 The Member agrees to pay monthly recurring fees (as appropriate for the selected membership) for every month’s membership at The Gym via recurring card payment or Direct Debit.
Note: This contracted membership allows attendance to the set amount of group coaching sessions per week or per month at The Armoury, unused sessions DO NOT carry over from month to month or billing period to billing period.
3.1 I agree to purchase a recurring membership at The Gym as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card every month for a minimum contracted period of 1 month, which then automatically enters into a rolling monthly contract unless requested to be cancelled with 1 months notice.
3.2 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe or GoCardless.
3.3 I understand that my service will be frozen if my account becomes more than 6 calendar days late.
3.4 Memberships that are paid in full/upfront are non-refundable.
3.5 In the case of 6 & 12 month membership contracts, all fees must be paid in full for the duration of the contract. Memberships cannot be downgraded at this time. Do not sign up to a Fixed 6 or 12 month membership unless you agree to fulfil this commitment.
4.0 MEMBERSHIP PAUSES
4.1 Membership Pauses are limited to 2 months (2 payments) per calendar year, in 1 or 2 month increments only.
4.3All Membership Pause requests require 14 days notice before the next scheduled payment date - any requests received later will be processed the following month.
4.4 Upon expiration of any pause period, membership payment will automatically reactivate and resume.
4.5 If you choose to cancel your membership during the pause period you must follow the normal cancellation procedure.
5.1 In the case of serious injury or illness, The Armoury reserves the right to apply discretion to the cancellation and freeze policies outlined above.
5.2 I understand that by completing payment and taking up membership at The Gym I am entering a contract and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.
