STEP ONE: Go to teamup and book in your sessions like so using the usual booking site (click here for it if needed):
STEP TWO: You’ll get an email upon booking in AND an hour before the sessions starts- within that email, you’ll be given a link to click to access the online session (this is the URL- save it, but don’t go there till just before your session starts or you might crash another one and confuse your coach!): https://us04web.zoom.us/j/8339223191?pwd=Qlg4WTl3QUw0VVBRcmgwaG9OcmFjQT09
STEP THREE: Set up a space where you can train, and you can place your laptop, tablet or phone (preferable laptop) in a position to see you. Make sure you have all your training equipment (if we're using any!) nearby. Here's a peek of The Armoury's Home Coaching Studio set up!
Note that the space doesn't need to be that big- so long as you have room to lie down on the ground with the arms and legs straight we'll be fine! (you may be need to move your screen around at times between exercises so that I can see you, but that won't be an issue)
STEP FOUR: Five minutes before the session starts, hit the link to join! Below is a video of the steps you’ll need to go through to get in (I've recorded this from the perspective of using Zoom for the first time, and take you through any of the confusing bits of getting into the session- once the software is on your laptop (as you see me do within the video) it's a much easier process of simply hitting the link and hitting "open zoom" when it pops up on the screen)

STEP FIVE: For Five minutes before the session, everyone will be able to chat and catch up (I’d suggest going to ‘gallery view’ as shown above- however when the session starts I’ll mute you, and I’d suggest going to ‘speaker view’, so that whomever is making the most noise is on your screen (that’ll be your coach, as they're the one with the mic on)
You have the option to unmute yourself (as shown above) if you need to say something mid set- but your coach also do this if I need a reply- this will mostly be while I’m showing you your exercise
STEP SIX: Once the training session is over we’ll all unmute and go back to gallery view to chat for a while longer, check in on how we’re all feeling (I’ve allowed for extra time between sessions before and after so we’ll still get our social element)
NOTE: This will take some getting used to! But after a few goes it becomes a simple process, bringing the health, strength, fitness and social benefits of an Armoury Coaching Session directly into your living room
