If there was a graph showing ease of cooking vs enjoyment, I reckon a well made stir fry would sit right at the apex between the two any meal that only requires a single wok to cook in a winner in my book, and this recipe has become as household favourite for Gen & I, being as it not only tastes fantastic, but it also packs a solid protein punch & is chock full of veggies. We add in stir fry noodles for the last few minutes of frying, and tend to cook in coconut oil, purely because for a stir fry I prefer the taste.
